Hi, I’m Josh, founder of Ultimate Podiatrist. I’ve been practising podiatry for over 20 years, owned and operated multiple clinics, and for the past decade, I’ve supported podiatrists across Australia through their CPD.
The idea came from what I kept seeing in practice, with my team, and with colleagues. CPD was expensive, time-consuming, and often disconnected from what we actually needed in clinic.
I wanted something better. Learning that is highly clincially relevant. Content you can use straight away. A simple way to stay on top of compliance without it becoming a burden. That’s what we’ve built!
Seeing podiatrists grow in confidence, stay organised with their CPD, and feel more in control of their professional development is what drives everything we do. We know how demanding this profession is, and your CPD should support you, not compete with everything else.

Hi, I’m Lizzie, and I work behind the scenes at Ultimate Podiatrist, shaping how the learning is designed and delivered.
My background is in education and design, with multiple degrees in each and over 15 years’ experience supporting podiatrists, teachers and other professionals to build their skills through well-structured, evidence-informed learning.Â
From the beginning, my focus has been clear. CPD should be highly relevant to your practice, fitting into your work, not sitting outside it.
That means learning that is easy to follow, builds logically, and stays relevant to what you’re doing in clinic every day. When you complete a learning activity, you should be able to take something from it and use it the very next day. Whether that is a clearer way to structure your notes, a better way to explain a condition, a small change that improves your clinical reasoning or decision-making, or an action that supports compliance, your CPD should enhance your clinic experience.Â
