A rare position has become available to join the Podiatry team at East Gosford Podiatry. Based at East Gosford, Central Coast, NSW.
The position is available as a part-time or full-time position for the perfect candidate. Flexible commencement date available, to be discussed with the successful applicant.
The role will be varied, covering all aspects of Podiatry, including services in-clinic and out in the community (aged care facilities and home visits).
About Us
We are 20 years locally owned, with the owners of the practice being hands-on, treating in and out of the clinic. Our primary Practice operates from a well-established location in East Gosford.
We also treat at various locations, including 20 aged care and disability facilities and attend to home visits for our immobile patients.
You would be joining our team of five experienced Podiatrists and four amazing support staff.
We pride ourselves on providing the best care and service to our patients, upholding the good reputation that we have worked hard to achieve.
We have very minimal staff turnover, indicating our team enjoys the workplace environment and supportive nature.
The successful applicant will be provided an opportunity to work within a collaborative environment where they will have the ability to showcase their skill set and develop new skills.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration
- Professional Indemnity + Liability Insurance
- Current Police Clearance
- Working with Children check
- CPR & anaphylaxis certificates
- Driver's licence
Skills Required
- The ability to provide a high level of podiatry care to our patients
- Prescribe and modify off-the-shelf and custom foot orthoses
- Experience and confidence in completing PNA procedures
- Confidence and efficiency in General treatments, performed within the clinical and community setting
- Have an interest in podiatry physical therapies (eg, exercise therapy, dry needling, etc)
- Confidence in performing MSK and paediatric assessments
- Committed to ongoing professional development of clinical education, training and technique innovation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
